In today’s society there’s not enough make believe. The pressures of
everyday living are greater then they ever have been in the past. We need to be able to escape to make believe world that old time stories and myths give us. We need to recapture some of that child-like wonder the world used to hold for us. Beauty and the Beast is a prime example of this. Even changed as it was for TV it offered us an escape from the real world for an hour every week.
