(1961) John Crawford, Karen Kadler. Lon plays Satan in this trio of horror stories. He sends his 'messenger' back to Earth with a formula for a 500 megaton nuclear bomb so that everybody can join him in hell. A bizarre f ilm made up of three eerie episodes from a forgotten TV series called 13 DEMON STREET. H154

FACE OF THE SCREAMING WEREWOLF*

(1958) Donald Barron. A real gagger, but worth it to see Lon in his final screen performance as a werewolf. He also plays a mummy. Jerry Warren's storyline is almost indecipherable, but the lab and transformatio n scenes are well done. H123

FEMALE BUNCH, THE

(1969) Russ Tamblyn, Regina Carrol. Director Al Adamson decided to shoot this at the Charlie Manson ranch so he could get just the right atmosphere. Exploitation sleaze about a gang of man-hating women. Lon plays a drug pushe r in his last released film. You just can't get much more low budget than this. Psychotronic from start to finish. X056

(1956) Casey Adams, Marian Carr. An executed killer is brought back to life. He strangles the scientists who brought him back, then goes on a murderous rampage of revenge. S043

(1956) Victor Jory, John Bromfield. Based in part on Poe's stories, "The Telltale Heart" and "The Gold Bug". Story concerns a trio of men who run into trouble and murder while searching the murky depths for a lost treasure. Eerie clima x. $14.95 JR06

(1933) Sally O'Neil, Maurice Black. Lon has the lead role and is billed as Creighton Chaney in this early Monogram underwater adventure. Lon also was in the 1948 remake as the villain. JR01

SPIDER BABY

(1964) Carol Ohmart, Mantan Moreland. This is a real low budget gem. In what has to be one of the best performances of his career. Lon plays the master of an eerie mansion full of regressive psychos. Bizarre horror with a touch of wit attached to it. Recommended. JR07
